App Store credit
i have 0.15 cents in my app store credit and i need to change my region but it won’t allow me until i spend them and i have nowhere to spend them is there a way to remove them or give them to someone else?

Hi, I’ve had the same issue.
You can contact the support and they can delete your credit from your Apple-ID. You should be able to change your region afterwards.
