Hide my Email - Fowarding does not work

Hello,

I'm using the feature 'Hide My Email' and I generated some random email addresses which supposedly

should forward any incoming mails to my private email address.

That however, is not working properly.

I checked at the settings if the generated email addresses are still active. I checked if I specified the correct email address which should receive all the mails. I tried sending a test email to one of the randomly created email addresses to see if the forwarding works - it doesn't work.

It's extremely annoying because I was supposed to pick up a package from an online delivery but I can't because they sent the code necessary for pick-up to one of the randomly generated email addresses, which I did not receive of course. Now the package will head back to France I guess.

Any suggestions how to solve this? I googled and apparently, there are many people having the same issue.
