Grainy Pictures on my iPhone 16 Pro

Dear Apple Support Team,

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro. While the device works well overall, I’m very disappointed with the quality of photos from the front camera, as I used to be an Android user but switched to IOS for the sake of good quality of pictures.

The preview image looks great, but once I take the photo, the result is grainy and has an unnatural greenish tone. I’ve tested it in different lighting conditions and reset the camera settings, but the issue persists.

Since I’m still within the return window (30 days), I’d like to ask:

– Is this a known issue with the iPhone 16 Pro?

– Should I consider exchanging the device?
