Changing region

I currently have a remaining balance of $2.72 in my account. I would like to set this balance to zero so that I can change the region of my Apple ID. Unfortunately, I have not been able to spend the exact remaining amount, and I am unable to proceed with changing my region until the balance is cleared.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I am using an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help me zero out my balance and complete the region change.
