the iMac (see Serial Number from 2014 when booted, it shows blue vertical lines. Sometimes it switches on and performs normal. But most of the time it does not work

We are the German community, but it seems that your Mac has a hardware issue. I would recommend to get a checkup at an Apple Store or certified service provider.
