Apple Developer Program purchased with the wrong Apple ID

First, make sure the membership is actually on the wrong developer account. When enrollment is completed through the Apple Developer app, the Apple Account used for Media & Purchases can handle the payment even though a different Apple Account owns the developer membership.

Sign in at developer.apple.com/account with the new developer Apple Account and check Membership Details. If the membership appears there, nothing needs to be transferred. Your personal Apple Account is only handling the subscription billing.

If the membership itself appears under the personal account, don’t purchase it again yet. Individual memberships don’t have a normal self-service transfer option. Contact Apple Developer Support under Membership and Account, and include both Apple Accounts, the Enrollment ID, and the order number. They’ll need to determine whether the enrollment can be corrected or refunded.

Canceling the subscription would only stop automatic renewal. It wouldn’t transfer the current membership or automatically issue a refund.
