I have Mac Pro 8GB RAM and 500GB SDD running Catalina 10, how I can move to Sonoma

The important detail is the exact Mac Pro model/year. macOS Sonoma supports the Mac Pro (2019) and later models.

Choose Apple menu  > About This Mac and tell us the model/year shown there.

If it’s an older Mac Pro, Sonoma can’t be installed on it through Apple’s supported upgrade path, regardless of the RAM or SSD size.

That identifies it as a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013). Catalina is the newest macOS Apple supports on that model, so it can’t officially be upgraded to Sonoma.

The current AusweisApp requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later, so unfortunately this Mac no longer meets its supported Mac requirements.

If you have a compatible iPhone or Android phone, using the AusweisApp there would probably be the simplest supported option.
