Unauthorized weekly charges of 9.99 € / Request for cancellation and refund

I am writing to you because I noticed that an amount of 9.99 € is being automatically deducted from my account (via PayPal) every week. I did not give my consent for this, and I am completely unaware of what service or subscription I am supposedly paying for.

Please urgently check and clarify:

Which exact app, subscription, or service is tied to these weekly charges of 9.99 €.
How and when this subscription was activated without my explicit knowledge.

Since I do not use any service of this value and do not wish to continue with it, I request the immediate cancellation of any active subscriptions, as well as a refund for all unjustifiably charged amounts.

This is a user-to-user community, so Apple won’t see or investigate the account details you posted here. It was good that the moderator removed them.

First, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and search your purchase history for €9.99. Apple specifically recommends searching by the charged amount when you don’t recognize a charge.

If you find a subscription there, you can cancel it and request a refund for eligible charges from the same site.

If the €9.99 PayPal charges don’t appear in your Apple purchase history, I wouldn’t assume Apple is billing you. In that case, check the transaction details in PayPal to see which merchant is actually making the charge.

Um zu überprüfen, wofür der von dir benannte Betrag berechnet wurde, schau bitte in deinen Mails nach. Vergiss hierbei auch den Spam-Ordner nicht.

Eine weitere Möglichkeit bietet dir auch die App Store-App.

Öffne bitte die App Store-App

und tippe rechts oben auf deinen Avatar.

Wähle dann

Apps & Einkaufsstatistik
Einkaufsstatistik

aus und lass dir die Liste der zuletzt getätigten Kaufe und / oder Zahlungen für deine Abos anzeigen. Weitere Informationen erhältst du, wenn du auf den jeweiligen Posten tippst.

Tippst du auf „Mehr“, erhältst du alle Informationen du dem von dir ausgewählten Kauf. Auch einen Beleg kannst du hierüber anfordern, wenn dieser benötigt wird.

Online kannst du deine Kaufverlauf, einschließlich einer Liste mit Apps, Abonnements, Musik und anderen gekauften Inhalten durchsuchen. Gehe hierfür zu reportaproblem.apple.com und melde dich dort an.

Bitte schau in deine Mails:

Apple schickt dir vor jeder Abbuchung eine Rechnung per Mail.

Diese könnte auch im Spam Ordner gelandet sein.
