It looks like a typo on the Italian Apple Store page.

At €60.38 per month, the intended term is almost certainly 24 months, not 24 years. €60.38 × 24 comes to about €1,449, which makes sense for the purchase shown.

I’d take a screenshot and report it to Apple so they can correct the page.

Offensichtlich ist das ein Übersetzungsfehler. Das Gerät würde ja sonst 24x12x60,38€ = 17389€ kosten......

Hier ist es eindeutig. 24 Raten à 60,38€ .......

Bitte überprüfe das im deutschsprachigen Store. Am besten funktioniert das über die Apple Store App.
