Apple Account Recovery Request

You don’t need to receive the SMS or call to continue once the waiting period has ended. Go directly to iforgot.apple.com, enter the same Apple Account information you used for the recovery request, and follow the instructions there. Apple specifically says you can do this if the recovery text or call never arrives.

Also, avoid starting another recovery request while one is still active, since that can restart the waiting period. You can check the current status and remaining time at iforgot.apple.com.

Please also keep in mind that Apple Support does not read or respond to posts in this community. This is a user-to-user forum, so no one here can access your account, check the recovery process internally, or intervene on Apple’s behalf.

There isn’t an inquiry number you need for this process, and Apple Support can’t shorten the account recovery waiting period.

You can also use the Apple Support app, which includes a chat option. Just keep in mind that Support can’t shorten or bypass an active account recovery waiting period.

Das ist eine Phishing-Attacke oder ein Tipp-/Drehfehler in den AppleAccount-Zugangsdaten. „Nelly“ heisst du ja wohl nicht.

Wenn du hier alles im Klartext postest, wird das sicher nicht besser.

Einfach löschen und vergessen und zukünftiger weniger freigiebig mit deinen Daten umgehen.
