If the iPhone is linked to someone else’s Apple Account, only that account owner can normally remove it from their account. A photo of the box or a matching serial number by itself isn’t enough to remove Activation Lock.

If you purchased the iPhone legitimately, Apple does offer an Activation Lock support request, but Apple says you’ll need proof-of-purchase documentation.

If you can still use the iPhone normally, I wouldn’t erase or reset it until this is sorted out. Doing that could leave you at the Activation Lock screen.

If possible, contact the owner of the Apple Account and ask them to remove the iPhone from Find My. Otherwise, the Apple support request is the appropriate next step.

Wenn das iPhone noch an einem anderen Account angemeldet ist, greift die Aktivierungssperre. Solltest du das Gerät gebraucht gekauft haben, wende dich an den Vorbesitzer (Verkäufer ?), um das Gerät ordentlich von dessen Account zu trennen.

Ist der Vorbesitzer nicht mehr greifbar, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du ein gestohlenes iPhone gekauft hast. In diesem Fall solltest du dich an die Polizei wenden und Anzeige erstatten. So besteht wenigstens noch die Chance, dass der rechtmässige Eigentümer das Gerät zurück erhält.
