I am a bit confused about my World Clock. It shows Zurich +0HRS and London -1HRS.
As far as I know, currently October 30th, GMT and UTC are on the same time.
So I expect London to have GMT +0 and Zurich GMT +1 MEZ (Mitteleuropäische Zeit / CET)
Can someone please explain that to me?

The +0 HRS and -1 HRS shown in World Clock are relative to your iPhone’s current time zone, not to GMT or UTC.
Your iPhone is using the same time zone as Zurich, so Zurich shows +0 HRS and London shows -1 HRS.
You’re correct that Zurich is currently UTC+1 (CET) and London is UTC+0 (GMT).
So everything is displaying correctly. World Clock is showing the time difference from your local time, not the UTC offset.
