I'm setting up my child's (10yr old) school ipad, I had to create my (adult) Apple account, now my daughters school Ipad has logged me in but it stuck is logging me on but it is still spinning at the ENTER iPAD passcode

I'd first try restarting the iPad if it's been stuck on the passcode screen for several minutes. Then check whether you can continue the setup.
Since this is a school iPad, I'd also check with the school's IT administrator before making any changes to the Apple Account or resetting the device.
Schools sometimes provide a Managed Apple Account for students, so your daughter may need to use that instead of your personal account.

Hallo la192, hier wäre erst einmal die Frage zu klären, ob es sich bei dem iPad deines Kindes um ein Schul-iPad mit einer Fernverwaltung oder um ein Gerät handelt, dass von euch angeschafft wurde.
Schul-iPads sind in der Regel fernverwaltet, sodass du hier erst einmal mit dem zuständigen Administrator besprechen solltest, ob hier überhaupt die Verbindung mit einem externen Apple Account gewünscht ist. Abgesehen davon halte ich es für wichtig, Schule und privat voneinander zu trennen. Bei der Verknüpfung mit deinem eigenen Apple Account könnten sich sonst Datensätze mischen, die ihr besser voneinander trennt.
