Powerbeats 2 charge but won't turn on

Hi there.

I have Powerbeats 2 from a warranty replacement. The problem with previous headphones is the same: Powerbeats 2 charge but won't turn on. I tried the suggested hard reset and nothing happens. Any other idea? Apple tell me that after the first replacement the warranty is only for 90 days and in my case is expired. I am so frustrating!! Please help.
