Pantalla rayada / scratched screen

Hace un par de días compré el IPhone 12 Pro Max en la tienda apple en un viaje que hice a estados unidos, ahora estoy de vuelta en latino America y cuando llegué me di cuenta que la pantalla tenía una raya dura en su esquina derecha que baja por toda la pantalla lo cual me parece extraño porque aún no he usado el teléfono, sigo usando mi iPhone 11 Pro Max. He tenido iPhone desde hace ya muchos años y el teléfono tenía el

protector puesto. Se que las pantallas de los iphone son bastante resistentes así que no creo que haya ocurrido en estos días. Quiero saber una solución a mi problema ya que es un tlf recién comprado hace 3 días por favor y es bastante costoso. Estoy preocupado. Gracias
