Help changing “country”

Hi, I moved to Spain and need to change “country” in my account to be able to download apps that I need here and the system does not let me. It says I need to cancel my subscription to Apple music. Which has been cancelled but unfortunately it will only end next year.

Is there a way to change the country now? Please can someone advise
