When I try to download an app it says that I have to add a new payement method but I can’t add one. So I can’t download apps

Go on this link https://appleid.apple.com , complete all tour iCloud account , then in payment method select None, log out from AppStore reboot the iPhone and now you can download apps without asking a payment method
