I am looking to buy some AirPods for €149 but I am English living in Spain so I don’t have a Spanish phone number to order it. Do you have any suggestions?

You can buy them at the Apple Store in various cities in Spain, and at other Apple Premium Partner.

You can purchase a Spanish eSIM to add to your iPhone and make the purchase without any problems.
