Request for Updated Proof of Purchase Showing Both IMEI Numbers

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro at the Apple Store in La Encantada, Tucson, Arizona.

The proof of purchase I received only shows IMEI 1, but my iPhone has two IMEI numbers.

The second IMEI has been blocked by my carrier in my country, and I need proof that both IMEI numbers belong to the same iPhone that I purchased.

Could you please provide my receipt with both imei and an official document confirming that both IMEI numbers belong to the same device?

I can provide my original receipt, serial number, Apple ID, and any additional information needed to verify my ownership.
