Siri language

I am using siri on apple watch to respond to sms. I receive sms in english but also in french. Siri language needs to be changed so i can respond in the same language as incoming message. Otherwise gibberish. not practical to go back to iphone/settings/siri/language.

is there a shortcut to change language directly on watch? Is there a widget? Is it possible to use a siri voice command to change siri language?
