Photoshopp bloque mon Mac

Une question technique au sujet de mon Mac book pro et Photoshop : depuis quelques semaines mon Mac s’éteint inopinément lorsque j’ouvre une une image avec Photoshop, mais pas à chaque fois. Parfois après la 8ème ou 9ème image, parfois après le premier réglage ou après avoir terminé (juste avant l’enregistrement - évidemment). C’est agaçant même pour un garçon patient...

Est-ce que l’un d’entre vous a déjà rencontré ce problème et qu’elle réponse avez-vous apporté ?

Bonjour,

J'aimerais savoir s'il y a une caractéristique en particulier, par exemple la même action qui occasionne ce problème...

Ça permettrait peut-être de déduire un peu plus ce qui peut occasionner un extinction inopinée de Mac OS X.

Non, il n'y a aucune opération répétée entrainant cette action. Je peu traiter plusieurs images à la suite sans problème et rencontrer cette difficulté un autre jour alors que j'ai ouvert un nouveau dossier, voire juste avant d'enregistrer mon travail.

La réponse de Adobe est très surprenante contenu qu’ils sont au courant des problèmes d’incompatibilité avec la nouvelle version de macOS X 10.13 et l‘APFS. Quelle version version Adobe utilisez-vous ?

Bonjour,

C’est un peu par hasard que je suis tombé sur cette discussion. Je ne comprends pas trop pourquoi elle se trouve sous High Sierra étant donné que le contexte du problème est Snow Leopard (10.6).

A la rigueur sous Mavericks, Yosemite ou El Capitan …

Si Nehbar suit toujours cette discussion (j’espère que depuis, maintenant plus de 2 mois, il a trouvé une solution), j’aimerais savoir pourquoi il n’est pas passé au moins à El Capitan (ou pourquoi on ne lui a pas proposé). Sauf erreur de ma part, son MacBook Pro est en effet mi-2010 (donc compatible) et CS5 est censé marcher parfaitement sous El Capitan.

Merci à lui s’il peut prendre le temps de nous apporter ces précisions.

Je suis aussi sur 10.6.8 cela est dû à des logiciels qui n’existe plus sur la nouvelle version de macOS X et des fichiers illisible pour lesquelles adobe ne propose aucune solution.
