Changer un icon d'une application / change the icon of an application

J'aimerais savoir comment on peut changer l'icon d'une application car depuis la mise à jour d'OS X (10.11 El Capitan), l'Astuce cmd-c et cmd-v ne marche plus pour changer l'icon d'une application.

Donc, si vous avez des astuces pour changer l'icon d'une application (par exemple Mail), merci de partager votre astuce à la communauté
