MRT - Flagged items on VirusTotal

Good afternoon, 

I am quite puzzled after having ran KnockKnock 2.1.1 this pm on my iMac 10.14.6 as I do every week.

Attached is the result, which remain the same when I run again the app.

In the CoreServices folder I have a MRT.app 1.48 (last modif 5-9-19) which I understand stands for 'Malware Removal Tools'.

On the other hand, a quick search on 'PUA:MacOS/Genieo.A1!MTB' gives http://tinyurl.com/sbaohsw and M$ seems to clearly indicate that it is no good ! (For sake of clarity, Skype apart, I do not use any M$ material).

I am no expert, I just wonder to know whether I have a case and what to do, let sleeping dogs lie or delete these items.
