We live in France at the moment, but would like to see Apple TV in English - how do we do this?

With our Livebox 5, we get directed to French TV series etc, but the family is more comfortable with the VO in English...

We have the Apple TV box, or can bring up on iMac and screen it to the TV (I think!)
