"error while installing" pop up window

Hi,

I have this pop up window on a regular basis. I would like to make it stop. The problem is that I can't tell what it is trying to install and when I click on the window it doesn't show which app it is related to in the upper left corner. I look at the task manager, no luck there, can't tell. Sometime I click once on ok or cancel and the window goes away, sometime I have to click up to 5 times on either OK and Cancel because the window keeps reappering.

I did several thing with my computer recently, it is hard for me to tell since when and from what it comes from.

Is there a way to know from what app or process this installation error is related to ?
