Former ipad owner don't now - Ipad blocked on activation lock

I bought a used Ipad here in Madagascar 3 years ago and at the beginning of this month of January 2022 this asks me to enter the password of the former owner or former owner who is a certain '' alexiadbz ' 'that I do not know and that I do not know how to join her as well. Now the ipad cannot be used now as this requires some 'activation lock' ... Please help me, how do I get the previous owner for her to delete it from her account to so that I can finally use my ipad?
