Itunes - Rentals not playing (black screen) if i downloaded on pc

Hi! The movies i buy or rent are playin ok in Itunes. But if i download them on my pc, then it won't play after (black screen). I have choose the option to download in 1080p but on pc the files are lower resolution (640x267 as exemple).

I have uninstalled Itunes, reinstalled with latest version, same with Quicktime. I have tried to log off and log in, deauthorize and authorize again my laptop. Nothing works.

The movies are downloaded on a SSD. If i delete the download then it plays again in Itunes.

Anybody know what i can do to solve that problem? Thank you!
