Podcast of Notability presentation

I'm using Notability on my iPad for presentations and courses to my students. In order to keep a podcast version of the course, I would like to record the presentation screen (not the iPad screen!), while recording also the audio of my lesson.

Does anyone know if this is possible or if ONLY the iPad screen can be recorded?
