Problem with imessage SCAM HACKED

When I message one of my contact (who has an android) it send it in blue (so text message) but i how that android can’t receive imessage and someone respond to my imessage and my contact doesn’t receive any of my message. Am I being hacked? what do i do to fix it? The person is also asking weird question like my age my name things that you don’t ask if you have the wrong number!
