Family sharing and Screentime doesnt work on mac

Hi,

My mother has setup a family sharing account and setup screentime. We set it up for my iphone where we removed safari and restriction to download apps. So I have no browser. However on mac I still have access to safari. How can I remove access from safari so I cant download it. I want to have no access to browser at all.
