Persistent Issue: Reboot because of a problem with my Mac

I hope this post finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance with a recurring problem I've been experiencing with my Mac.

Every morning, when I wake up and attempt to use my Mac, I find that it has restarted overnight. Upon logging in, I receive the message: "Your computer was restarted because of a problem." This has become quite frustrating, as it disrupts my workflow and I lose any unsaved work.

I have tried troubleshooting on my own, but I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause of this issue. I have checked the system logs, but the technical details are beyond my understanding.
