Apple Care - Obsolete IPad Pro ?
Hey there I am seeking urgent assistance regarding an issue with my iPad Pro… Despite being covered under AppleCare+ until nov 9 2024 -my device has been marked as obsolete, preventing me from proceeding with an express replacement.
Here is a summary of my situation:
• My iPad Pro is still under AppleCare+ coverage.
• The device has been marked as obsolete by Apple.
• I am unable to proceed with an express replacement due to its obsolete status.
• I have spent several hours on the phone with Apple Support and visited a Genius Bar, but the issue remains unresolved.
I understand the policies regarding obsolete products, but as my device is still under AppleCare+ coverage, I believe I am entitled to the benefits associated with this plan. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I am seeking any possible solution to resolve this matter
