probleme installation song on sequoia 15.3

Hello, I am an electronic music musician, I use a software called Cubase, can someone help me because on the Macbook Pro M4 Max Sequoia 15.3 we can no longer download sounds from Steinberg via Library Manager, as soon as I get to the end of the download it gives me an error, can someone help me please?
