asphalt on apple tv first generation

i have played long time ago asphalt8 (car racing) on my apple tv first generation (5 or 6 years ago mybe). Today i cant even drive one race before the game shuts down/crashes. i have changed my video settings, have erased the game, tried to play it again, tried to download and play the new asphalt8+... nthing helps it still shuts down at the beginning of any race. whats the matter? pls help to me understand whats wrong? do first generation 4k apple tvs not support these kind of performance-highly demanding games anymore ???

Bonjour Lska,

J'ai farfouillé sur l'app Store, le site de Gameloft, je ne trouve aucune indication de limitation matériel pour y jouer sur Apple TV, juste qu'il faut tvOS 12 ou 13. Votre Apple TV est bien à jour avec tvOS 18.3 ?

What about using fluently my German or my Spanish without any help ?

mon appletv ios est bien à jour et je communique par mail avec le développeur.

je leur ai fourni id game et version apple tv first gen A1842 et tjrs aucun changement le jeu crash apres 2 secondes de course

je n'ai aucune idée du pb et personne ne sait m'aider ? est-ce que cela arrive à d'autres ce genre de pb? quel est mon pb, ts mes autres jeux fonctionnent sauf ceux-là... à n'y rien comprendre!!
