I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you with a heavy heart and deep embarrassment regarding an unintended subscription charge.
By mistake, I have subscribed to the annual plan for 94 euros. I did not intend to make this purchase, and it has caused me a great deal of distress, as I am currently a student and cannot afford this expense.
The payment has just been processed, and although it has not yet been deducted from my account, it will be in the next few days. I am kindly requesting your urgent assistance to cancel this transaction and process a refund.
