Changed my iPhone system into Chinese iPhone system

Hello I’m Chinese/Belgium, I recently changed my iPhone location and I think the systeme to the Chinese systeme.

I had to sign some documents on my phone and now I can use chinese app.

I would like to changed it back, bcs I live in Belgium at the end.

I remember that it was in -> settings-> general-> and it was the third row, but now when I wanted to cancel, this option doesn’t exist no more.

So if you have tips to changed it back I would be very grateful!
