Issue with icloud Account- Payment Method Requested
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue related to my iCloud account.
When I try to use WhatsApp on my device, I receive a message from iCloud asking me to set up a payment method. As a result, I’m unable to proceed with using the app. This is quite confusing to me, especially since WhatsApp is a free application and I have never encountered this problem before.
It seems that the issue is not with WhatsApp itself, but with my iCloud account, which now requires me to add a payment method for some reason. I would like to understand why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue without having to enter any payment information.
