I need a refund, but reportaproblem.apple.com is unavailable in my region

I was charged the same minute I subscribed to a 1 month trial for Microsoft 365 Personal.

I spoke with the Microsoft Support team, and they admitted that it was supposed to be a trial and i wasn’t supposed to be charged, but i have to discuss that with you in order to be refunded, since i was charged via my Apple ID.

Since reportaproblem.apple.com is unavailable in my region, and I couldn’t report the issue through the App Store’s Purchase History, I’m requesting your assistance to resolve this.
