Affichage indomptable sur Mac Book Pro

J'ai un Mac Book Pro 16 '' avec puce M1. De temps à autres, l'affichage devient incohérent et c'est comme si quelqu'un d'autre que moi manipulait ma souris ou mon trackpad. Impossible de travailler. Quelqu'un peut.il m'aider? Merci!
