can't select "only allowed websites" on "access to web content"

Hey, I have hard time configuring my screen time settings. I want to be allowed to go only on a few websites, using the "only allowed websites" option of "access to web content" (screen time > content and privacy) . So far, it worked just fine. But I had to disable it for a while and when I tried to put it back, my computer kept automatically setting on the "unrestricted access" option even though I was clicking the "only allowed websites" option from the combo box. I tried everything : restarting system settings, restarting Safari, rebooting content and privacy, rebooting screen time, adding a code to screen time... but the problem remains. Can someone help me ?
