Ambient Sounds On Apple TV

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Apple TV (tvOS 18.5) where the ambient sound “Fireplace” keeps playing in the background, and it interrupts my videos, whether I’m:

– streaming via AirPlay from my iPad, or

– watching directly through an app on the Apple TV itself (e.g. Apple TV app, Arte, etc.)

Even when I stop it manually from the Control Center, it often comes back after a few minutes or after pausing a film. I’ve tried looking in Settings > Accessibility > Audio, but I don’t see any option to permanently disable “Ambient Sounds”.

Could you please tell me:

• How can I turn off Fireplace ambient sound permanently?

• Is this a known issue or bug in tvOS 18?

• Is there a way to prevent it from automatically starting again?
