Account disconnection issues

I have a old iPhone on ISO 15.8.5 and wanted to disconnect the account from the phone but it’s locked because of restrictions and I don’t have the screen time password and no way to get it with forgotten password since it’s not on ISO 15.8.5. Is there a work around since i can’t update it further?
