they say i got refunded but i still didnt get my money back i just want to contact someone but im a morrocan citizen and theres no one i can talk to

I purchased a subscription by mistake and i demanded a refund 2 days after apple sent me an email telling me i got refunded but when i checked my bank account i still didnt see anything and when i wanted to contact someone i didnt find anything because my country ( morocco) isn’t supported by apple support can someone help me please.
