Docking Station or Other solutions for Mac Book Pro M3

Hi everyone,

I hope you guys are well.

I just bought an Omen 32-inch monitor to use with my MacBook Pro M3 (16 GB), which I bought in 2023.

The monitor comes with DisplayPort or HDMI connectivity and requires an additional power source for the Mac and the screen.

In order to make moving around with my Mac easier when I take it to work in the morning, as well as to charge my other devices (phone, LG keyboard and mouse, etc.), I was thinking of getting a docking station.

However, I don’t seem to be able to find one that would allow me to keep the 144 Hz refresh rate.

Could you advise on the most suitable setup?

Also, do you have any advice regarding good HDMI cables?

I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to IT, so please feel free to add anything you consider valuable.

J’espère que vous allez bien.

Désolé je parle aussi français, je ne savais pas que les communautés étaient régis pas langue.

Je viens d’acheter un écran Omen 32 pouces pour l’utiliser avec mon MacBook Pro M3 (16 Go), acheté en 2023.

L’écran dispose de connexions DisplayPort ou HDMI et nécessite une source d’alimentation supplémentaire pour le Mac et l’écran.

Afin de faciliter mes déplacements avec mon Mac lorsque je l’emmène au travail le matin, ainsi que pour recharger mes autres appareils (téléphone, clavier et souris LG, etc.), j’envisageais d’acheter une station d’accueil.

Cependant, je ne semble pas en trouver une qui me permette de conserver un taux de rafraîchissement de 165 Hz.

Pourriez-vous me conseiller sur la configuration la plus adaptée ?

Avez-vous également des recommandations concernant de bons câbles Thunderbolt / Displayport ?

Je ne suis pas très à l’aise avec l’informatique, donc n’hésitez pas à ajouter toute information que vous jugerez utile.
