iTunes Store

Hello,

I reached the free account creation limit, and I can’t create new Apple IDs anymore.

My current Apple ID is already set to United States, but the App Store keeps asking that my account must be used with the iTunes Store and it doesn’t activate.

I tried Apple Music and iTunes Store, but my account is still stuck.

Can you please activate my current Apple ID for the App Store / iTunes Store on your side?

Why are you creating so many accounts? You only need one. If you have moved to a different country, follow the instructions in this article --> https://support.apple.com/118283 A message saying, “The maximum number of free accounts have been activated”, is discussed in the support document: https://support.apple.com/101661


Apple apparently limits excessive Apple Account creation, or iCloud activation of web-created accounts, on any one device per year (presumably a 12-month period). Your options are:

1. Use a different account that has already been set up on a device previously,.

2. Set up the account on a different device that hasn’t reached this limit (you can then use it on the device that displayed the message previously).

3. Wait until the time limit has passed.


I am not understanding what you are asking here --> My current Apple ID is already set to United States, but the App Store keeps asking that my account must be used with the iTunes Store and it doesn’t activate.

What do you mean when it says it will not activate? What is the exact message? If you see a message saying, “You cannot login because your account has been locked”, or one saying “'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled'“, click on this link ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 and choose the self help method, or a contact option.

It is also possible that in order to activate the account with the iTunes Store that you need to add a payment type. Bonjour alonzo82,


Vous ne pouvez créer que trois comptes Apple par appareil. Dans l'idée, votre compte Apple est comme votre passeport, vous n'en possédez qu'un pour tout l'écosystème Apple, pas besoin d'en avoir plusieurs.

Et pour terminer, ici c'est le forum communautaire, ou les clients Apple comme vous et moi s'entraident, on ne peut pas accéder aux comptes Apple, ce genre de choses.
