My phone does not ring when i receive calls

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with my iPhone 17 running iOS 26.4.1.

My phone does not ring when I receive incoming calls. It stays completely silent, even though the ringer volume is turned up and Silent Mode is off. I have also checked that Do Not Disturb / Focus modes are disabled.

The issue happens consistently, and I often only notice missed calls afterward without hearing any ringtone.

However, when I restart my iPhone, it works normally again for a while, then the problem comes back.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to fix it?
