No notifications exept from system apps

Hello so i recently lost all incoming notifications out of nowhere, i thought it would be an easy fix, turns out not at all. I tried small and easy fixes such as focus modes that could have been enabled by mistake or background apps not giving me the push notifications but nothing. I even went as far as resetting my settings but still no notifications coming in. Does someone else has or had the same issue because i geniunely dont know what to do except from a full reset.

Notifications such as messages and apple pay or call from any apps still come on time but otherwise nothing comes on my screen or even on the top of it.
