Cannot Unsubscribed Nord VPN

I cannot see any button to turn off auto renewal or unsubscribe in Nord VPN app. I contacted them to unsubscribe but they said they cannot because I bought on App Store. I open my Apple account and there is also no subscription of it appears although there is a receipt showing that I bought it nearly a year ago. Cannot find any chat with apple to solve the case. Please help.
