Cannot log into apple music app on macos

What works:

• logging into my iCloud account online,
• logging into my iCloud account on my Macbook pro,
• logging into my Apple Music account on the web app.

What DOES NOT work:

• Logging into my account into the MacOS Apple Music app...

I enter my credentials and it silently fails.

I'm running Sequoia 15.7.7.

I have another Mac that has started doing it as well in the last days...
