Cannot log into apple music app on macos

What works:

logging into my iCloud account online,
logging into my iCloud account on my Macbook pro,
logging into my Apple Music account on the web app.

What DOES NOT work:

Logging into my account into the MacOS Apple Music app...

I enter my credentials and it silently fails.

I'm running Sequoia 15.7.7.

I have another Mac that has started doing it as well in the last days...

This is effectively an eerie issue. You should maybe contact Apple Support. Here’s how to do : Contacter l’assistance Apple - Assistance Apple (FR). Then you can call them or begin a chat. It will be the French Apple Assistance, so it will be in French. To switch language, click on « France » below and select an English-speaking country like the US.

Bonjour joproa,

je pense que t’es appareil sont pas très bien et que je pense que à mon niveau c’est mieux d’interroger un agent de Apple 👍🏼
